We just have to tell you how very pleased we are over the nice job Jason did on our vanity sink and the new shower head & drain in our bathtub. The over-haul to and valve replacements in our boiler make it run much more efficiently & quieter. The kitchen sink & drain was also a great improvement. At our age 85 & 88 these things make our lives much easier to handle.
We wouldn’t have any other plumber do work for us, with reasonable prices and cleaner jobs.

You guys might be “no Angels”, but in our books you’re near enough to sainthood for taking on our job and enduring some absolutely miserable conditions in the process…from bone numbing cold to the mid-summer sweater-fest that followed. There’s only two points we can fault you on: You’re too quick and good at what you do, and that you don’t do electrical work.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank Mylo Plumbing for helping us make our new bathroom a reality. Peter was not only extremely knowledgeable and competent, but was always friendly, accommodating, respectful and easy to have around. We were given advice on how to re-work the new bathroom with respect to everything from demolition to rebuilding. We always felt like we were in good hands. He is a credit to your business.
During our phone conversations with Sandy, none of our questions was too small or insignificant. She not only assisted us in getting everything done in a timely manner, but she gave some invaluable advice on sheet-rocking and framing. Even on the days when we called two or three times, she was not bothered by our questions.
When we discovered an old, leaky heating pipe in the closet that was to become part of our new bathroom, Mike immediately came to our house. He bled the system of water until Pete could return, thereby avoiding additional leakage. In addition, Mike answered many of our questions about other plumbing issues. Again, even though our questions must have gotten tiresome, he was friendly and helpful.
Finally, you have always been fair and honest in dealing with us. Your patience while we struggled to finish the framing of the bathroom did not go unnoticed. Other businesses might have gotten frustrated with our inexperience. We appreciate your service and will recommend you to our friends.
